American Eagle Silver Dollar in banks??? Easy 10 points!!!?

I need one for a presentation, but I only need a circulated regular one, but it has to be silver. Could I go to any bank and ask for one and just give them a dollar bill or where could I get one for... a dollar? Easy 10 points!!!

US banks do not sell precious metals. They are issued and distributed by the US Mint.

In the secondary market, a coin dealer is the most likely source. The price depends on silver content, but will be more than the $1 face value.
