A good bank for foreigners in Italy?

I want to open a bank account in Milan.
Any recomendation? The other day I tried Zero Tondo at BancaIntesa but I couldn't open it cuz I don't have la residenza.
I want an account which is easy to use and doesn't cost a lot
to keep.
