A doctor wishes to start a "skin bank" in Sri Lanka can any kind donor/organisation donate the equipment

Sri Lanka a third world country needs a skin bank badly since anyone suffering over 60 % of burns to his body succumb due to this fact.I understand from a doctor that if a skin bank was available this need not be so as the skin from the bank would be a temporary remedial measure till the burnt wounds heal.The cost...

I doubt that Donald or Bill are to be seen answering questions on here (but I could be wrong!) lol;
Seriously. The doctor concerned will have knowledge of other skin banks and he could maybe contact them to see if they know of any equipment being replaced which may be sold cheap. The only option other than a rich benefactor would be local fundraising;
