Do yourself a favor. The Check Engine light only says the sensor is sending data to the ECM that is outside of what should be expected. That DOESN'T say the the sensor is bad.
Most times a good tune up will let the sensor sense and send new reading that the ECM takes more kindly to.
You probably need new spark plugs and spark plug wires anyway, and that should do the trick.
You might have to change the sensor after all but if you change it first, the new one will go out also because you are probably running rich.
