It's going to depend on a couple of things.

The first is the condition--obviously, the better the condition, the more it will be worth.

The second part is going to be tough. There were literally thousands of banks across the US that issued "National Bank Notes" in the 1930's (despite that 1929 date, that's when they were issued), and I'm not enough of an expert to tell you for sure, but it's got a couple of things working in favor of it being worth more than the average National.

1) Not all banks issued $50 and $100 bills, and of those that did, most issued small quantities.

2) Upper Marlboro is really small, which means they probably issued very few notes.

I'd really hesitate to try and give you a value, but there are a couple of dealers who specialize in Nationals that you can contact.

One is "US Rare Currency" at http://usrarecurrency.com/, and the other is "PaperMoneyBuyers.com" http://papermoneybuyers.com/1929_Nat... Another option is to go to a local coin dealer, and ask for an appraisal.
