Cascade Pacific Mortgage in Lakewood, WA

Cascade Pacific Mortgage, formerly known as South Bay Mortgage, is tucked away in the corner of the Lakewood Escrow building on Bridgeport Way Southwest. Though Cascade began operating under its new name in January 2010, executive vice president Marty Lough has been in the mortgage industry for 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the business. If clients are lucky, they may get a glimpse of Lough's two dogs, Sammi and Bunny, who are also featured on Cascade's Facebook page.
