Typically smaller banks are better, they work more on relationships and your business is more important to them.
Hard to tell you which bank without knowing the city/state.
One that doesnt charge you anything to have an account. Banks are pretty much all the same with regards to interest rates. Find one that has access when you need it and has many branches for convenience.
It really depends on the type of business you have. I would deal with banks that are big with the SBA or even commercial mortgage brokers if there is real estate involved.
Maybe credit unions are a good start. they charge lesser fees compared to bigger banks.
