I was looking at cars at car bank in mt. prospecst il....?i was wondering if this was a good place or not. my parents say that places like this are bad but i was just wondering. i checked the bbb but found nothing. let me know if youve been there and stuff like that. thanks | |
this car bank -- car max -- and some of these other same like places to forage the net for cars do not always represent the vehicle as what you would want for the long run .... your local car dealers and the newspaper are much better places to find a good car and probably at the most value for your dollar ... some of the cars that are on these '''net view web joints''' are flooded cars water logged and they have mud in the fender insides and the vehicle wiring is rotted and re-wiring a car is very expensive .... your parents are not steering you wrong (( it is a fact that all children think their parents are backwards and plain dumb)) they are trying to help and mean all the best for you and even if it is your money that is paying for the car they just do not want to see you waste your time and $$'s on a car that will turn out badly ............... please try to give your parents some better understanding on your part and be open to what they are doing to help you and save you from some of the mistakes that perhaps they have made or have seen others make ..... I have owned a fleet for 30 + years and I always had better luck with vehicles from a good dealership ..
