Easiest way without driving to get from NJ to TD Bank Arena in Mass?

i'm going to visit my friend in Massachusetts, but i really don't feel like making the 4-5 hr drive. is there a way i can get there without driving? i'm not aware of any buses that go that far. any advice would be a HUGE help. thank you all in advance :]

Basically the cheapest and easiest way is to get yourself into NYC and pick up a Chinatown bus or Greyhound, which will take you into Boston.

Amtrak does indeed get to Mass, but you can only pick it up from Trenton, Princeton, Metropark, Newark Airport, and Newark Penn Station in NJ.
