no they do not unfairly compete with banks to make large commercial loans. the dept of energy has once again loaned taxpayer money to a bad project run by people that do not know how to make it work. in other words your banker would not make this loan, so no unfair competition.

$737 million could pay for a lot of turtle tunnels, cowboy poetry museums, and classes teaching Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly. But that revolving door Perot talked about still works well.
